Nice infograph although I don’t agree with trimming out competitive keywords, long term you want to be competing for such search terms. In this stage it’s better to group keywords, for example don’t remove ‘web hosting’.
Instead target terms like;
Web Hosting Packages
Affordable Web Hosting
Then once you have established top rankings on these keywords start working towards top rankings on ‘Web Hosting’.
If you don’t target such terms initially with your on-page, it’s going to be much harder when you decide to aim up at them down the track…
